My building is having a lot of issues our maintenance already went up 200 dollars in a few months. We need money but are not sure how to get it. We dont want to raise the maintenance anymore. Suggestions? We do not have a lot of extra space in the building. How can we get some extra money?

what about a garden club on your roof deck? If so you could hold fundraisers and get other city organizations involved. i believe they give a tax break for enviornment issues. i know the maitenance is high but what about a monthly fundraiser for the building, bake sale at the church, yard sale of evberyones junk all proceeds c ould go to maitenance.
