You can turn in into a "mini-park" where ppl would go and chil and have a drink (which you could earn money by selling)

or

you could rent it for open air parties or weddings, but becareful not to disturb others
Reply:To have a 150ft garden in london you have 2 b quite rich or have a lot of money, so y do u need extra cash?
Reply:Get a free trampoline like homer simpson and charge all the kids in the area to have a bounce.

the TV company thing sounds like a good idea though, give them a ring
Reply:rent it out to gypo's
Reply:If you like dogs, offer to look after a couple during the day while owners are at work.

Grow things and sell them!
Reply:London is getting short of cemeteries why not bury a few in your garden someone does the digging and the topsoil is great.
Reply:Hugh Heffner had great ideas for his garden.....
Reply:a couple of cows then sell the fresh milk, make butter cream and cheese I'm sure you'll be on t.v as well,
Reply:If you have access to the garden for cars, consider parking during the day. It's a regular, profitable and low risk income. With the garden paved there'll be no need to waste time tending plants.
Reply:yes off course you can plant it with specific kind of flowers or Xmas trees

***** you can rent it for billboard for promotions

make small coffee shop
Reply:A friend of mine here in Glasgow used to rent out the bottom of their garden to someone who grew prize winning dahlias.........and as a bonus they got to keep the extra flowers.

so you could contact gardening clubs in your area and see if anybody needs extra space.
Reply:Have a look at The National Garden Scheme website. They have a register of gardens which are open to the public so you may find some useful information here.

Also, have a look at this site, which is a database for properties used in tv and film production. It might help!

Good luck!
Reply:I would research for an in demand herb that's just used for medicinal purposes - one that would grow in your region, invest in seed and sell to chef's in your area or perhaps to pharmaceutical companies. Idealy you would look for an herb thats just not easy to get.

There maybe other markets I have not considered for herbs. Certain other plants maybe worth looking into as well.
Reply:Grow marijuana(-;
